Analysis: Could Russia interrupt grain exports from Ukraine via the Black Sea?

The Turkish President, Tayyip Erdogan, has told Russia’s Vladimir Putin that he will continue diplomatic efforts to reinstate the initiative to allow Ukraine to export grain from its southern ports.

The Black Sea Grain Initiative was negotiated last year and ensured safe passage for merchant ships travelling to and from the region but was cancelled by Russia last month.

Military analyst Sean Bell has the latest.
