House prices will likely fall further in the coming months after a closely-watched index reported the biggest drop in 14 years, experts predict.

It comes after Nationwide reported that annual property values declined by 3.8% in July – the sharpest fall since July 2009.

Sky’s Inzamam Rashid spoke to a homeowner who’s desperate to sell. And despite dropping the price by £30,000, she is still struggling to find a buyer – she says mortgage rates may be putting people off.
